Arena Protocols

Clarington - South Courtice Arena & Garnet B. Rickards

• A maximum of 60 skaters are allowed on the ice, plus coaches/staff.

Arrival at the Facility

• Screening must be completed at the main entrance of the facility.
• Proof of full vaccination for those 12 years and over is required at all recreation facilities. For more details please visit COVID-19 Information and Updates - Clarington
• Patrons must proceed directly to permitted area. No loitering is permitted in the lobby or main concourse areas.

While in the Facility

• Spectators must wear a mask at all times. Staff will monitor and notify the permit holder (or coach) if spectators are not following the guidelines.
• Food and beverages will be permitted and can be consumed in seated spectating areas, with physical distancing being maintained. Masks should only be removed for eating or drinking.
• Changerooms will be open. Masks must be worn at all times and can be removed as the skater enters the ice.
• Showers are open.
• Washrooms are open for users of the facility.
• Water fountains are available to fill up a water bottle.
